Alex is an Associate in our London office, where he is part of the contracts and project advisory team.
Alex advises developers, contractors, consultants, borrowers and lenders on all aspects of transactional and non-contentious construction and infrastructure matters. Alex has extensive experience on real estate development transactions across a number of sectors including co-living & PRS, healthcare, industrial and logistics, retail and healthcare.
He also has experience on major infrastructure and energy projects. Alex has been involved in some high profile energy and infrastructure projects both in the UK and abroad and is familiar with drafting and negotiating contracts based on the major industry standard forms including JCT, FIDIC and NEC.
